Hex Camera is what I chose to create for my graphic design capstone project. It’s a versatile piece that combines photography, engineering, and graphic design. I designed and 3D-printed a functional pinhole camera, then designed branding to form its identity and an exhibition to showcase the photography. The Hex camera makes use of 3D-printed slides to add graphics or typography to the pictures as you take them. This project offers limitless customization options, some of which I was able to explore during my final semester.
